Tuesday is known around here as “Taco Tuesday” so my Tuesday SWAP at camp had to be a taco.
To create this swap, I cut little pieces of felt and sewed them together to create tacos. While I opted to use a sewing machine, they could be done by hand sewing each SWAP.

Over the years, Lily has accumulated a rather large collection of SWAPS. She wanted to be able to store / display them. She created a simple banner and added the SWAPS to it.
What grandparent does not appreciate gifts made by the grandchildren? What can three kids make that will not cost a fortune? But more importantly, what can they make that a grandfather would actually appreciate?
Merriam Webster defines parliament as a “the group of people who are responsible for making the laws in some kinds of government.” They seem to have forgotten that a group of owls is also known as a parliament. I could really ramble on about the irony of the “wise old owl” and any part of government, but I will not.
