Fall has officially arrived and I am happy that the weather is starting to cool off. This weekend I decided I needed a project so I decided to sew new pillow covers for my sofa.
Cranberry Orange Pork Tenderloin
The other night we had Cranberry Orange Pork Tenderloin for dinner. I forgot how much my family enjoys this meal. This recipe uses only a few ingredients, and takes less then 30 minutes to prepare, making it a perfect weeknight meal. Yet, it is nice enough to impress any company you might have.
Orange Peel Cupcakes
While camping, the meal options are endless, but dessert does not have to be limited to s’mores. Next time you go camping try Orange Peel Cupcakes. We made these while working on the Outdoor Cooking Merit Badge (#21).
Peppy the Penguin
Introducing Peppy the Penguin!
I knitted this guy up just before Christmas using #6 needles and some yarn in my stash. He came out taller than I expected at almost 7 inches, but was worth the effort. My favorite feature is the little feet that allow him to stand on his own.
If you would like to knit up a cute penguin, the pattern can be found here.
