Thanksgiving is behind us and now it is time to start on the holiday baking. Each year I love to make cookies and candies to share with neighbors, friends and co-workers. In addition to the traditional fudge, I also make peppermint fudge. 

Fall is officially my favorite season. The weather is getting cooler and you are able to spend more time outside. The leaves are changing colors and the Creators handiwork is present everywhere you look. And the house is full of wonderful smells – including homemade Low Sugar Apple Butter.

The other night we had Cranberry Orange Pork Tenderloin for dinner. I forgot how much my family enjoys this meal. This recipe uses only a few ingredients, and takes less then 30 minutes to prepare, making it a perfect weeknight meal. Yet, it is nice enough to impress any company you might have.
