This casserole is easy to whip up and feeds a crowd.
PINEAPPLE CHEESE CASSEROLE
2 – 20oz cans of pineapple chucks
2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup reserved pineapple juice
1/2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
30 butter crackers
1/2 cup butter – melted
Preheat oven to 350. Combine drained pineapple, cheese, juice, flour and sugar. Spoon into a 9×13 baking dish. In a separate bowl, combine crackers and butter. Spread over casserole and bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
