One of my favorite aspects of American Heritage Girls is that it encourages girls to build a personal relationship with Christ. Lily is currently working on her Bible Basics merit badge. I love how we are able to incorporate the badge requirements with our regular bible study.

It’s a trap
I love working with the Patriot girls in our AHG Troop. I’m in no way biased when I say, we have the best group of girls around. Recently they completed the Home Care and Repair Merit Badge. I tried to explain to them that the material covered in this badge would help them in life.

Bead Making
We love American Heritage Girls. With our endless moves it has been a great way for us to meet people in a new community. It also has allowed us to try things we never would have done before. My daughter loves anything crafty. The Creative Crafts merit badge is a great way for her to try new types of skills – Bead Making.
