Ted E Bear

I was cleaning out my computer files, and realized that I did not share this guy with you.

Ted E Bear

Thanks to a free pattern, found on the Premier Yarns Website, I was able to use some yarn and knit up this little guy.

Each piece was knitted separately (body, head, arms, legs and ears) and then sewn together.  As much as I hate sewing pieces together, I did enjoy the shape of the head.  The scarf added a touch of color to an otherwise uninteresting bear, and hid the seam between the head and body.  I opted to sew the scarf in place so it was not removeable and the seam was hidden.
