Corn and Black Bean Relish is a family favorite. It goes great as a side to quesadillas, as an appetizer, or as party food. And with five ingredients you can’t go wrong.
Corn and Black Bean Relish
1 – 10 oz package frozen corn thawed
1 – 15oz can black beans drained and rinsed
1 cup salsa
1/2 avocado diced
1 Tablespoon lime juice
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and serve with tortilla chips.
Tips:
- For best results serve immediately.
- Use “Hot” salsa for a little kick
