Just when you thought I was done knitting purple baby hats for Period of Purple Crying, I decided to throw in a crocheted hat. My crochet skills are still in their infancy, so you know this is a very simple hat to create.
I began with a free pattern I found on the Yarnspirations website (here). The pattern is available in several sizes. It only uses two crochet stitches (chain and half-double crochet) and there is a YouTube video to walk you through the pattern (here). It is perfect for a newbie like me.
