Knit for Missions

Easter DishclothDo you love hand knitted dishcloths as much as I do? I have used them exclusively in my kitchen and around the house for several years now.  No more slimy sponges around here.  It seems that I am not the only one.

Recently, I was contacted by Joan from Laws of Knitting.  She is helping to collect hand knit dishcloths for an upcoming mission trip. They use the dishcloths to bless volunteers at the English Bible Camp in Slovakia.

Long story short, one of her readers shared one of my dishcloth patterns; and now, I coming to you asking that you join me in knitting up a little bit a love.  You can read all about the project on Joan’s blog (here).

Be sure to stop by and check out her blog / web page.  She has many resources for knitters including some free patterns that I cannot wait to try.

If you are looking for the free pattern to the dishcloth pictured above it can be found here.

Happy Knitting
