Cole Slaw

Summer is here! That means lots of BBQ’s and picnics where I come from.  Cole Slaw makes a great side for any meal from the grill. When you use pre-cut slaw mix it is quick and easy to make.

Cole Slaw


1 lb shredded slaw mix (approximately 7.5 cups)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons milk
2 Tablespoons cider vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon season salt

Combine mayonnaise, milk, vinegar, sugar and season salt, until all lumps have been removed.  Pour over slaw mix. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
